WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal in store and online, as well as Interac in store.
All prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollar. Your Credit Card company will automatically calculate the exchange rate. You can look up online the current exchange rate to get an idea of what that will be or use our currency convertor to get an idea of the price in your home currency. Even when using the currency convertor, you will ultimately be charged in CAD.
WHERE DO WE SHIP AND HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We ship anywhere in the world. In Canada we ship nationally with Canada Post and charge a flat fee of $10/order. If you place an order over $99 before tax your shipping is FREE.
Shipping to the United States is a flat rate of $25, and is shipped via USPS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? WILL I BE NOTIFIED?
We guarantee your order will ship within 2 business days, but we always try to ship within 1 business day. You will be notified by Canada Post as soon as your order has shipped and you will receive a tracking number in that email. You should receive your order within 7 days of placing your order.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?
Absolutely! All you have to do is select the PICK UP IN STORE option at check out, and as soon as your order is ready to be picked up you will receive an email notification telling you so. Pick up in store purchases will be ready within 2 business days.
PICK UP IN STORE orders will be held for 14 days from the date of purchase, if For You is not notified that a time extension is needed and the order has not been picked up, the merchandise will be put back in to stock and no refund will be issued.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAXES/DUTIES?
In Ontario we are required to collect HST sales tax which is 13%.
Shipments to the United States with a value under $250 will not be subject to any duties, but orders exceeding that amount will have to pay duty.
FOR YOU can not take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be required to pay any additional Customs Clearance fees. Customs policies vary from country to country. By law we must declare all items at their full price and can not alter the amount to decrease international customs fees. It is the sole discretion of each customs agent to release your package. Please note that in rare cases Customs Agents may delay delivery of your package.
If you refuse a shipment from For You Clothing Co, please note that you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to For You Clothing Co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the event that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
We are unable to offer any price matches/adjustments for any temporary promotions/discounts.
We hope you love what your order from FOR YOU! In the event something just isn't fitting the way you had hoped it would, we will gladly return your purchase within 7 days of receiving your order. The items must be in their original unworn, unwashed, and not damaged condition. Any exchanges worn, washed, damaged, and not in original condition will be rejected.
Returns made within 7 days of receiving your merchandise, will be inspected for approval, and you will be notified once the return has been processed. Please allow 30 days for your return to be processed. While you wait for your return to be processed. You can purchase the correct size/colour/style you want for the exchange! Returns cannot be made in person in the store and must be shipped to our orders department.

We can not accept any COD returns. Use a trackable and insured shipping method with a signature option. For You Clothing Co., is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages while in transit.
